6.Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, photographs, before-and-after cases, logos, marks, design, code, and the V.LIF brand — is owned by or licensed to V.LIF and is protected under Korean and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

13.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website is the Seoul Central District Court, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Mandatory consumer-protection rights granted by your local jurisdiction (including, for EU residents, the rights conferred by EU consumer-protection law) are not affected by this clause.

14.Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
